The PerkinElmer 200 Series UV/VIS LC Detector can be used with virtually any liquid chromatography system or application. Set up the detector and define all your methods and operations using the function keys on a keyboard located on the front panel of the instrument. A backlit liquid crystal display (LCD) located directly above the keypad shows both instrument status information and provides access to screens used to define methods and set setup parameters. If you use the PerkinElmer 200 LC series, you will find that the front panel of the Detector is almost identical to the one on the Pump. Additionally, the pump and detector share many common operating characteristics that will allow you to get your system up and running quickly.
