This machine was produced in a state belonging to the European community, therefore it meets the safety requirements required by the 98/37CE machinery directive.
This conformity is certified and the "CE" marking is present on the machine which notifies compliance.

The packaging machine in question was designed and built to package different

explosive

The high production capacity makes this series of machines suitable for installation in a packaging line in industrial environments.
The Used Automatic Shrink Wrapper is equipped with electromechanical components for managing the phases of the operating cycle and with control devices in order to avoid risks to the safety and health of people and to satisfy the laws in force on the
subject.
Its use requires the continuous presence of an operator who must check its functionality, the
operational phases and provide for the supply of packaging material.

In the Used Automatic Bundler, the packaging material must be chosen appropriately based on the products and the type of packaging to be carried out.

Packaging and unpacking
The packaging is made to reduce overall dimensions, also depending on the type of transport adopted.
To facilitate transport, the machine is shipped divided into appropriately protected and packaged subassemblies.
The packages contain all the information necessary to carry out loading and unloading.
Some parts, in particular the electrical ones, are protected to prevent humidity or other atmospheric agents
from damaging them.
When unpacking, check the integrity and exact quantity of the components.
The packaging material must be appropriately disposed of in compliance with current laws.
The packaging can be created:
A) with nylon protection
B) on a platform with nylon protection
C) in a crate
D) with a barrier bag

This type of machinery represents the greatest development in the heat shrink packaging sector, thanks to the top of the range electronics in shrink film for high productivity: via touchscreen panels.
The operator can control all machine parameters and they are also designed to connect centralized production data management networks.
The highest level of monitoring can be achieved by modems for problem diagnosis, configuration and program updates.

This machine is in very good condition. It has all its safety protections and also user manuals. It is currently still in production.
