PECULIARITY:
Blister machine designed to form PVC / ALU blisters (if appropriately equipped, it can process different forming / covering materials such as ALU / ALU, Polypropylene, PET, PVC + Aclar®, COC).

The unit shapes cavities on the forming material, feeds differently shaped products into the cavities (capsules, tablets, oblongs, etc.), seals the coating material and discharges the blisters onto the exit conveyor. Design, manufacturing and ergonomics, in compliance with cGMP standards. Work area on the operator side, separated from the mechanics on the back. Oil bath mechanical movements for better efficiency and reduced maintenance. Alternating movement for forming, coding and cutting of the blister packs and continuous movement for loading the product onto the belt and sealing the lid material. Product loading area separated from covering/sealing area. Easy format change. Year: 1982
