We intervened by carrying out a profound mechanical overhaul, the complete reconstruction of the low voltage electrical system, the complete repainting and the adaptation to current safety regulations.

FEATURES

- Robust and well-ribbed base, equipped with 4 lifting hooks and 4 machine level recording.
The table top is ground by the same machine. - The sturdy cast iron column is mounted on new, adjustable and large-sized tapered roller bearings
- The column is supported by a sturdy cast iron support which allows maximum rigidity and precision during processing, allowing high stock removal and excellent finishing
- The grinding wheel motor head is composed of a special three-phase electrospindle with double cavity with forced ventilation and a dynamically balanced spindle, of large dimensions with automatic clearance recovery - Special
orientation registers allow control of the geometry of the machine ensuring the absolute perpendicularity of the grinding head with the table surface
- The rapid vertical advancement of the grinding head occurs via a graduated handwheel, placed on the side of the head, which acts on a pair of helical gears determining the vertical movement
- The micrometric vertical advancement occurs via a notch positioned above the handwheel graduated, it is engaged and disengaged using a special lever and allows precision micrometric increments with immediate reading on the handwheel SUPPLIED
