TYPE OF MACHINERY:
The machine consists of a Minirobot designed to palletize cartons.

The axes are driven by brushless motors which are electronically controlled by means of incremental encoders, allowing precise and rapid positioning of the cardboard during the cycle phases. Linear movements are carried out by means of prismatic guides with recirculating ball shoes. Self-learning functions simplify the programming of the positions of the gripping elements at the work points of the cycle and allow you to alternate different types of arrangement of the cardboard on the pallet according to the layer. Transport of cartons by means of a belt conveyor with head connection.
Recognition by means of sensors of cartons in the picking position with stops of the following ones to facilitate picking.
Carton translation with suction cup grip.
Cardboard picking with suction cup manipulator and stacking on euro pallets.
Automatic management of the pallet with removal of the vacuum from the warehouse (capacity 12 pallets), transfer to the palletizing station.
Packaged product output on europallets via triple chain conveyor for transporting full pallets outside the minirobot structure.
