On the keypad it is possible to choose: - total dosage - first channel weight (very fast) - second channel weight (medium speed) - third channel weight (precision weighing) From the panel it is also possible to adjust the vibration speed of the three vibrating channels. By pressing the pedal once, the clamp pneumatically closes around the bag and holds it so that it does not move when the product is unloaded. Meanwhile, the machine carries out the dosing, respecting the three speeds set on the panel and stopping one channel after the other until the desired weight is reached. By pressing the pedal a second time, the dispenser unloads the product into the bag and starts dosing again. Pressing the pedal again releases the bag from the pneumatic clamp. In combination we have a belt sealer that will seal the 25 kg bags automatically.
