TYPE OF MACHINERY:
The BA100 series cartoon machines are horizontal machines with alternating movement, particularly designed to solve the main carton packaging problems for medium productions.

The selection between one product and another to be packaged can be set via the display panel. Once the case has been filled, it is closed using mechanical levers and, if in the tests carried out along its path that case was found to be correct, it is closed, finally the completed cases are placed on the line. However, if it was not found correct, the case will be automatically discarded and expelled. SECTOR OF USE:
The sectors of use are pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and various.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The packaging cycle is completely automatic.

The main movements of the machine are protected by carters. Embedded in the keypad is an operator panel, function keys and numeric keypad. The machine is designed and built to be inserted into a continuous cycle production line. Checks are carried out on the products being packaged to give maximum certainty of quality packages leaving the machine.
