PECULIARITY:
The completely original fundamental characteristic of the BA 400 carton machines lies in the way in which the carton loading/removal and forming system was conceived.

The warehouse has been positioned under the product transport line and on the operator's side, which allows for maximum ease of loading. The picking and forming drum with positive movement allows the cartons to be enervated by 180°, obtaining the effect of correct enervation of the same, in such a way that the translation drum can carry out insertion into the transport chain and perfect centering against the drawers containing the product. The mechanics of the machine are made up of two drive boxes, one fixed and one automatically adjustable via servo control, for size adjustment. The pusher group, on the side opposite to the operator, allows space for maneuver and great accessibility at every point of the machine. The centralized and rapid adjustments of the product and case transport chains, the rapid format fixing systems without tools, allow rapid and safe format changes and adjustments.
