New automatic machine for vertical assembly of TECMA brand snap-on ballpoint pens.
The machine is new, complete with electrical and pneumatic system and all individual construction components.
There are 6 RNA brand vibrating orienters (made in Germany) for the automatic feeding of the various parts that make up the ballpoint pen: tip, spring, refill, barrel, trigger mechanism, cap.
The automatic electo-pneumatic operation it is managed by a PLC, (electrical diagrams are present).
Hourly production 70/80 pens per minute.
