Used filling monoblock Weightpack 2009
Used filling monoblock built in 2009 by Weightpack.

It reaches a nominal speed of 15000 bottles per hour. The formats processed are 250, 500, 750, 1000 mL in PET or glass containers.

The direction of rotation is clockwise. The machine has all its necessary accident prevention protections, including user manuals with available revisions attached.

It also has various spare parts. The bottled product of this machine is currently edible oil in glass or PET, therefore a blow molding machine for PET preforms is also included.

Currently in production for this type of product. The filling machine has 28 weight valves, the filling type is therefore net weight scales;

Fixed nozzle type. The capper has 8 heads and the type of cap used is Pilfer proof 31.5 and 24. While the dimensions of the plastic cap are 36 x 29.

The machine has been equipped with an additional chute to be able to process 31.5 caps as well x 48 (capsulon) and is aligned with the Nortan capper.
