The Ferrero Used Filling Monoblock is assembled on a single base and built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel Can be mounted on 4 pivoting wheels;

this is to have the possibility of moving it to the desired position or on foot. It guarantees 3 processing options on a single basis; first rinsing the inside of the bottle, then filling and capping. This monoblock was designed to serve the packaging of fine sparkling wine products;

which is served in bottles with crown caps with a diameter of 26 or 29 mm. Internal bottle washing also with product recirculation, isobaric filling max 5 bar, closure with 26 and 29 mm crown caps.

The filling is isobaric;

It is suitable for filling fizzy drinks such as beer, sparkling wine, sparkling wine, sparkling water and carbonated soft drinks. The right product flow in the tank, tested up to 5 bar;

it is always managed via the two level probes. Its walls have a thickness of 8 mm and the 2 side covers facilitate access for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. The filling inside the bottles is anti-foam thanks to the deflector ring;

All bottle loading and unloading phases between rinser, filler and capper;

Technical Characteristics:

After having adjusted the height based on the bottle (following the instructions in the technical manual), place the bottles, or even just one bottle, on the plates.

We move the 2 pneumatic levers upwards with manual control;

the corresponding cylinder will lift the bottles until they are brought towards the taps which will open. At this point the filling cycle begins. The product level is adjustable using the included accessories (spacers of various heights).

The machine can be stopped at any time by bringing the plates to the rest position by acting on the 2 levers.

The filling time varies depending on the capacity of the bottle.

The plastic parts and all seals are made of materials that comply with the directives on filling liquid foods.

The standard version filler is designed to use and manage an external pump (not supplied).

The capping unit is complete with 1 capsule transport descent with capsule closing head for Ø 26 mm crown.
