Complete used PET Sipa bottling line – 12,000 bph
This used bottling line is dated but very functional and still does its job well.

Reaches a speed of 12,000 bph; variable, based on the format treated, of which: 0.50 L; 1 litre; 1.5. The machine works with PET bottles and produces both still and carbonated water.

Blowing machine
We start the line with a large blowing machine from Sipa Sfr12 the 2000 SFR model range flexible, reliable and easy to use: high speed for optimal container quality SIPA SFR rotary blowing machines guarantee the industrial production of high quality containers at the highest rates of production available on the market.

SIPA has developed its range of rotary blow molders for high production speeds, flexible blowing process and ease of use. The preforms are unloaded in bulk into the preform hopper and then transported by an elevator belt, the speed of which is controlled by the machine's electronics.

They are subsequently loaded into the transport chain to be sent to the conditioning ovens via a mechanical star. Before the preforms enter the ovens, two important preform quality checks are carried out. The preforms are transported through the oven neck down while being heated with standard infrared lamps.

Each oven module and each lamp can be adjusted in position and power, thus ensuring maximum process setting flexibility. The blown bottles are extracted from the molds and sent to the ejection guides via a wheel and a series of mechanically synchronized clamps.

Continuing with the bottling systems we find the filling monoblock, well maintained despite its age, from 1994;

It is a Sarcmi product, model Bluestar 2R. Consisting of an internal rinser with 40 valves for bottles, followed by an isobaric filler with 60 taps, and finally a capper with 8 heads.

Accident prevention protections all present and also any machine manuals. The bottled product of this line is pure natural water and sparkling water in 0.50 L formats; 1 litre; 1.5 L. Isobaric filling type with mobile nozzle and traditional valve.

In this used bottling line for sale, follows a Simonazzi brand labeling machine also from 1994.

The machine is designed to process different formats of PET bottles.

The formats are as follows: 0.50 L; 1 litre; 1.5 L. At the moment the machine is still in production, so it is fully functional. The speed can reach up to 12,000 bottles per hour.

The label maker has some spare parts available. The modular system allows you to use only those needed for glue, adhesive or mixing together.

The mechanical trolley that supports the station is equipped with a quick release system, connected via an electrical socket to the central PLC from which it receives the stored recipes for the adhesive labels. The glue units are equipped with anti-solid systems to keep the glue always hot and avoid blockages in the glue loading system on the central distribution roller.
