The machine consists of a rotating mobile body installed on a solid static base.
The rotating body is divided into two distinct parts.
The first, inside which the material to be treated is loaded
, consists of a cylindrical barrel
inside which
a special intensifier bar is housed.
In this section, thanks to a series of nebulizing nozzles, the binding liquid is also introduced.
The second part of the machine is characterized by a particular sinusoidal shape, at the end of which is the material discharge mouth.
The rotating body of the GRC granulator is made
of internally polished AISI 304 stainless steel,
while the base is made of painted carbon steel.
The machine is produced in various models based on the characteristics of the material to be treated and the productivity required.
