The Cursal TRV400 comes with an input idle roller conveyor, 3200 mm long and 330 mm wide, which is used to feed the materials to be cut. The Cursal TRV400 miter saw allows a useful cutting height of up to 100 mm and a maximum width of 250 mm. Cutting sizes vary from 120 x 100 mm up to 250 x 50 mm, offering flexibility for various formats of semi-finished products.
Coming out of the cutting machine, there is a motorized belt 2500 mm long and 330 mm wide, equipped with 12 retractable mechanical stops to manage the cut pieces. There is also an inclined rear belt for unloading cutting waste, which allows you to keep the work area clean and tidy.
The use of the Cursal TRV400 involves the insertion of the semi-finished product on the incoming roller conveyor, followed by positioning for cutting. Once in position, the operator activates the double consent to start cutting. The pneumatic upper presser keeps the piece stationary, while the blade performs a quick and precise cut. The cut piece is then transported by the motorized belt, while the scraps are managed by the rear inclined belt.
To keep the Cursal TRV400 in good condition, it is essential to regularly clean the belts and guides, lubricate the moving parts and check the correct functioning of the pneumatic system.
