CHARACTERISTICS:
High washing and rinsing performance using strong jets of heated water added with specific detergents and disinfectants.


Flexibility to allow washing of a wide range of accessory items such as trays, small glass bottles, injectors, pumps, compression tools, feed hoppers, bottles and caps. Reduced overall dimensions, dimensions and utility consumption. The washing chamber is made entirely of stainless steel. Wash and rinse cycles use the same pipe. The machine has 99 programmable cycles. Each can include up to 99 different phases or treatments. The treatment time can be adjustable from 0-99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds. The temperature can be set from 86-199ºF (30-93ºC) for pre-wash, sanitize wash, rinse, final rinse and cool down cycles.
