Manually sized forming and taping machine, which sets and seals the lower and upper part of boxes with adhesive tape.

The machine can be used by non-specialised operators as it requires very simple adjustment operations. The advancement of the box occurs via two motorized lateral belts, thus guaranteeing maximum sliding uniformity. The result is a perfect alignment of the flaps and therefore an optimal sealing. The module with two motorized lateral driving belts adapts to packaging of different formats, allowing a wide margin for the boxes to slide. The packing station involves the forming and closing of the cartons by simultaneously applying two strips of adhesive tape on the upper and lower central line of the box. The result is a perfect alignment of the flaps and therefore an optimal sealing, which is carried out by the high-performance taping heads. Emergency button located on the top of the machine for quick use in case of need. Feet with wheels for comfortable and functional use.
