TYPE OF MACHINERY:
The checkweigher for continuous weight control is composed of two structures on which the weight detection system on which the weighing conveyor rests and the system for diverting incorrect packages are located.

There is a feeding conveyor which has the task of equally spacing the incoming packages and an exit conveyor located downstream of the weighing conveyor on which the expulsion device is located which has the task of diverting packages out of tolerance from the line and not weighable. SECTOR OF USE:

CHARACTERISTICS:
The scale is inserted into a transport line for objects of any nature and shape to be checked.

The passing object takes a certain time to travel across the entire scale plate; this time, although short, is sufficient for the scale to settle in the position proportional to the weight of the object. After the weight reading, the packages pass onto the exit conveyor on which the deviation system is located. The machine is not dependent on the downstream machine. The speed of the conveyor belts is adjustable. Year of construction: 2010
