The “MOTORIZED PLATE” checkweigher for continuous weight control is essentially composed of: a main structure at the center of which is the weight detection system on which the weighing conveyor belt rests, anchored to it by means of special attachments vibration dampers;

a feed conveyor that has the task of equally spacing incoming packages; an exit belt located downstream of the weighing belt to facilitate the connection with the customer's transport; an expulsion device which has the task of diverting the packages from the line. SECTORS OF USE:

Crossing the weighing surface takes some time. Although very short, this time is sufficient for the scale to assume a position proportionate to the weight of the product. When it is about to leave the scale, the object encounters the beam of light passing through the conveyor belt. Thus placed in the shade, the phototransistor commands the electrical circuit to immediately carry out the weight control. This weight value is then compared with the two values, lower and upper, set as acceptance limits. Based on this result, the checkweigher then accepts or rejects the weighing and consequently allows it to proceed undisturbed, or diverts and discards it. When the latter happens, the object can be deviated to the left or right depending on the type of weight defect (excess or lack). The machine does not depend on the downstream machine.
