The Hapa 231 is a compact pedestal-mounted flexographic system designed to print one color on a variety of substrates including aluminium, PVC and Tyvek. The system easily integrates onto continuous or intermittent motion packaging machines. SECTOR OF USE:

FEATURES:
The Hapa 231 printer is designed to print on ribbon using an ink which is then fixed by UV irradiation.

The printer works in phase. The printing principle basically consists of rotating a printing cylinder on a flat printing table. The material to be printed is placed on the table. Under the table there is an ultraviolet unit equipped with a lamp and reflector which makes one run at each printing cycle. The radiation energy triggers a polymerization process in the printing ink. In this way the surface of the print hardens immediately, thus avoiding smudging. Last use: printing on aluminum from blister cover. Year: 2006
