o 40/10 thick semi-cylindrical bottom tank with stainless steel reinforced sides and
steel support;
o reinforcement at the mouth with gasket on the lid;
or drain in the center of the bottom with 4" ball valve;
 flat, hinged, openable dust-tight cover with closing bolts made of
AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, composed of:
o fixed part with DN 100 nozzle;
or mineral wool insulation;
o accident prevention device;
o equatorial flanges supporting the mixing shaft, machined on the tool;
o central shaft with large adjustable gland seals;
 mixing group including:
o shaft with mixer made of AISI 304 stainless steel for the external and internal propellers
, very robust;
o well-sized shaft rotation bearings;
o hard chrome addition to the ground shaft in the packing sealing area;
or gearmotor with a power of Kw.
1.5 – poles 4 – V. 380/50 Hz. – IP 55 – closed version , self-ventilated;
o transmission of motion from the reducer to the mixing shaft via toothed wheels and
multiple calibrated chain;
or transmission protection with crankcase.
Support: on brackets anchored to the profile frame.
Finishing: internal polishing, industrial pickling and passivation of stainless steel, epoxy painting of
other parts.
IP 55 waterproof electrical control panel complete with on-board connections.
