This is a corrugating machine for processing wires from 5 mm to 12 mm in diameter with adjustable cutting, complete with automated cutting machine, for processing matrices with a diameter between 180 mm and 290 mm with adjustable cutting.
The machine is composed of:
- a main adjustment system for closing and opening dies, with manual control via handwheel
- an auxiliary adjustment system with direct push on the dies, with nuts tightened with a key
- cable entry/exit guide systems
- a hydraulic cutting system up to 12 mm diameter using a miter saw
- a display located on the control console, to be used to carry out, monitor or modify normal work operations.
