This is a complete bottling line ready for use and currently in production. The line was designed with safety in mind and features various safety features to ensure safe and efficient operation. The Stork Depalletiser & Bottle Handling system is responsible for efficiently handling bottles as they come off the pallet. Krones Superbloc Rinser and Filler, where bottles are filled with the desired spirit. The Zalkin capper then seals the containers, ensuring the contents are properly preserved. The Amberflex Spiral Elevator elevates the bottles to the bottle conveyor, which transports the containers to the next stage.

Labeling and Packaging
Labeling is an important part of the bottling process and this line is equipped with the Krones sanomatic labeller to ensure bottles are labeled accurately.

The SFT Laner is responsible for aligning containers in preparation for packing. The Krones Kettner case former then prepares the cases for further processing. The case conveyor moves the cases into the Kettner case packer, then packs them into boxes, and the Logan packing table helps with the packing process. 3M crate sealer seals boxes, ensuring contents are protected during transit. Quality control is also a key aspect of the bottling process and this line is equipped with the John White Weigh Scale Checker to check the weight of the boxes.

If a box does not meet the required specifications, John White Case Reject will reject it. Linx Bottle Coder and Rea Case Coder are respectively responsible for coding bottles and cases, facilitating product traceability throughout the supply chain.
