TYPE OF MACHINERY:
Sensitive 250 can manage containers of different shapes on the same machine, guaranteeing the maximum degree of flexibility during production.



It is suitable for applying self-adhesive labels on rectangular, oval, elliptical containers and also on round containers (only one label). It can reach a maximum of up to 250 containers/min. SECTOR OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.



PECULIARITY:
The containers are fed and transported by an independent conveyor belt which is synchronized with the speed of that of the machine.



The containers are then conveyed into the label distribution area via a feed spiral, which allows for appropriate spacing between containers to allow the labels to be applied. The machine is equipped with a safety system for dropped bottles with machine stop and alarm on the control panel. The machine consists of: label feeding station, labeling station, variable speed conveyor belt, complete and intuitive command and control panel. The labeller is equipped with safety devices in order to guarantee the safety of users during the processing phase. The structure rests on practical adjustable feet. Year of construction: 1997
