Fully automatic single pump filler type MFR012.

The bottles are separated at the machine inlet by an inlet screw and transferred to the inlet star. This then passes the bottles to the central star where the bottles are filled in a circular flow. The filling tube sinks into the bottle and the filling process begins. Filling is performed in such a way that the filling tube is moved slowly and freely out of the bottle as the product level rises. At the exit, the filled bottle is picked up by the exit star and transferred to the conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a rinse program and an automatic rinse tank whose outlet is controlled by a disc valve. The storage tank is equipped with Lechler nozzles for CIP cleaning. The temperature and level in the storage tank can be monitored as documented via the touch panel. The performance of the filler is 230 bottles/min with 450ml ketchup bottles.

The machine is fully equipped with electric and pneumatic control, as well as all-round Sekurit glass cover and the doors are protected by switches. The drive technology is from the manufacturer Stöber and the pneumatics from Festo.

Control is via Siemens SPS S7. All open screw heads in the filling area are designed as hexagon. Technical Data Contents
