Promatic horizontal recuperator mod.

AS 100 totally mechanically operated with satin stainless steel base. Quick and easy format change via registration; all size adjustments are accompanied by millimeter markers. The machine is equipped with a "GUCK" brochure folder which consists of a feeding unit designed to fold the instruction leaflet before inserting it into the case. SECTOR OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The machine takes the case from the warehouse using suction cups, feeds it to the lower and upper transport combs, forming it;
thus making it take on the shape required for subsequent operations. The product placed on the drawer chain is fed to the pusher group, which introduces it inside the case complete with instruction sheet, when provided. The case, transported by the combs, continues advancing up to the stamping station and subsequently, after having been completed with the closure of the various flaps, it is taken out of the machine. The machine is complete with: GUK brochure folder;
Stacker / Blister Feeder. The machine is designed for gluing cases and there are two tubes and two glue jet guns and is also designed for the insertion of the Leatus ARGUS4 code reader.
