TYPE OF MACHINE:
The Hoflinger+Karg semi-automatic benchtop microdosing machine for powders “Dos Mikro” is a general purpose machine.

The machine is a semi-automatic volumetric screw filler, suitable for dosing powdered substances such as: flour, icing sugar, mixtures of chemical and pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and food. SECTOR OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The product is introduced into the upper transparent plexiglass hopper, it is then sent via a stirrer and through a butterfly with variable opening to the cylindrical stainless steel container below.

Filling is carried out by a vertical rotating auger which doses the quantity of product corresponding to the time set on the "dosed" timer, transferring the product from the conical part of the lower container to the bottle presented for filling. The dosing tolerance, depending on the nature of the product, is approximately +/- 2%. The machine can dose from approximately 0.02 cc up to approximately 10 cc, reaching a maximum production of approximately 3000 doses/hour. All the components that are in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, with the exception of the upper hopper which is made of plexiglass, and are easily removable for quick cleaning and/or for their possible sterilization.
