Bianchini Drill Mill , used model from 2001, is a precision machine used for drilling and milling operations in workshop and production environments. Like all the machines produced by Bianchini Srl, it is robust and built with high quality materials, following rigorous Italian standards. This model features a solid cast iron body and a movable head that allows good flexibility during drilling and milling operations.
The Bianchini Trapano Fresa 2001 is composed of a rigid base, vertical column, adjustable table and spindle. The latter is equipped with automatic descent, a feature that makes the drilling process extremely precise. The head can tilt for angled work, and the table has grooves for fixing pieces of various sizes.
The dimensions of the machine vary according to the configuration, but typically the Bianchini Fresa Papano has a height of approximately 2 meters with a wide base that guarantees stability. The spindle has a drilling capacity of up to 45 mm, a rather competitive value for machines in this range. The installed motor, usually from 1.5 to 2 kW, offers good power for working even on harder materials.
The use of the Bianchini drill mill is quite intuitive for expert operators. Once the piece has been fixed on the table, the spindle speed is selected based on the material and the head advances. The automatic descent of the chuck ensures uniform and precise cutting. During milling operations, the head can be adjusted both in height and laterally, offering great versatility.
Mechanically, the Bianchini is known for its reliability, with well-protected gears and a lubrication system that prevents wear. Routine maintenance includes checking the lubricating oil and checking the drive belts, especially if the machine has been used intensively. It is also recommended to keep the grooves of the board clean to ensure secure attachment of the pieces.
To calculate the optimal usage parameters, the formula n=1000×vπ×dn = \frac{1000 \times v}{\pi \times d} , nn is the spindle speed in revolutions per minute, vv is the cutting speed in meters per minute, and dd is the tool diameter. This allows you to optimize performance based on the material to be processed.
The Bianchini drill mill is used in various sectors, including mechanical processing, automotive and aerospace, thanks to its versatility in processing materials such as steel, aluminum and light alloys. Purchasing this used model is advantageous as Bianchini machines maintain high reliability even after years of use, and purchasing a well-maintained used one allows you to save without sacrificing quality.
