Magnum 1.5 screw cap; Screw cap Bordolese 750 and Bordolese Grandivini / Renana. The machine is completely automatic in processing glass bottles in the formats listed above.

Depalletizer
Let's start with the Bortolin Kemo automatic depalletizer model depalterm SP/02/V;

It has the characteristic of being the first made with the film cutter, all the modifications were first tested and developed by this machine.

The operator loads the platform onto a roller conveyor and can hold three full pallets. The operation consists in cutting the foreground using a rotating blade that cuts the upper part at the height of the flap, thus keeping all the bottles compact.

The transfer of the floor onto the internal conveyor belt. The first floor of the pallet has a manual flap remover where the flap is taken.

From the next floors where the nylon is cut and vacuumed from the opposite side. The machine separates all the layers and pallets and is therefore equipped with a warehouse for them. Very important ecological characteristic that allows the separation between plastic, wood and paper.

Cortellazzi bottle washer model Mantra from 1987 always complete with accident prevention guards;

manuals available and also revisions. It can hold a load of up to 1500 bottles, the bottle is completely filled with water and soda passing through the waste cart.

It then moves on to a second phase where it is rinsed. From here on a whole series of nozzles that will follow the bottle, both externally and internally, until it drops and is then transported by the conveyor belt. It has the possibility of rinsing both hot and cold, obviously the last one will be the cold one. It is a machine entirely made of stainless steel, overhauled in 2006. All the chains, the belt loading motors and the Teflon-coated guides for lowering the bottles have been replaced.

Unique machine because already in 1987 at the request of the company it was made of stainless steel. The machine is well maintained and functional despite its age, there are no spare parts for sale; but they are easily available on the market.
