LASI-MILANI husking machine with orthodromic movement


The Estasi orthodromic husking machine has been designed and built to obtain a husking that keeps the grapes intact and, at the same time, avoids breaking the stem through a soft and delicate generated by the asynchronous movement of a conveyor belt and an oscillating grate.

The machine was created to be inserted in a high quality processing line for hand-harvested grapes, consisting of a sorting table and belt elevator. The integrity of the berries obtained allows sorting operations to be carried out on the destemmed grapes. The construction concept, being without a beater shaft, is totally innovative, simple and effective and avoids all the inconveniences linked to the beating action of the beater shaft and the centrifugal force of rotation. Technical characteristics:
Conveyor belt equipped with special rubberized rungs placed on the upper part of the machine, receives and transports the grapes above the oscillating grid present on the lower part of the machine;

Oscillating grid resting on slides which with an alternating movement detaches the grapes from the stalks;

Independent motorizations with mechanical speed variators;
