TYPE OF MACHINERY:
A single system for printing, controlling and verifying variable data on complete or flat cartons or bottles in matrix, bar-code, OCR format.

The machinery can be connected to company databases for the reception and transmission of information, in fact it is equipped with special software for the automatic connection of the system to the central database for automatic receipt of the batch, expiry date, to be printed on the packages. CHARACTERISTICS:
The machine can be installed both inside packaging machines and astride a conveyor belt and is capable of printing and inspecting products up to 500 pieces/minute with accuracy and precision.

The matrix code is printed on the bottom of the plastic bottle or at the bottom of the product and contains information such as the name of the product, the batch and the expiry date. Mainly composed of an electrical panel, two separate input and output conveyor belts, MARKEM IMAJE 9030 inkjet printer for matrix code printing, COGNEX camera for Data Matrix code control, industrial panel PC.
