Feeder Caps Orientator for automatic caps with rotary system.

This model is a medium-sized vibrating orientator that helps quickly and reliably package during the process of pharmaceuticals, personal hygiene products, foods, specialty chemicals or others. Complete with steel hopper elevator which allows the transport of the material from the hopper through the feeder to the exit mouth. The fixed hopper can be loaded manually, thanks to its height. The load is lifted, grouped and finally fed. SECTOR OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

CHARACTERISTICS:
The orientator is equipped with plexiglass protection, the elevator hopper is made of stainless steel and is protected by a tilting dust cover in transparent polycarbonate.

Feeding is guaranteed by a polyurethane conveyor belt made up of a series of pallets with the aim of lifting the component up to the sorting point. Year of construction: 2000
