LFO 100 – KSF 1020 (CODE PH-PR-RIE-11) TYPE OF MACHINE:
Liquid filling line, for plastic bottles, consisting of: filling/closing machine with intermittent movement and automatic operation for filling and closing bottles and related power supplies.

The line is suitable for the treatment of any type of Pharmaceutical or Cosmetic product and for a wide range of container types and closures with a current dosing capacity of 200 ml. Highly versatile and modular in construction, this machine is well known and appreciated for its robustness and reliability. Thanks to the ability to process different types of products using specially designed closing units and to work with many types of closures, Bausch Strobel fillers / cappers are highly versatile machines. The technological solutions adopted, the quality of the materials and the simplicity of use are the elements that guarantee the great operational reliability of this machine. The caps and bottles are fed to the filling machine after which the individual bottles are positioned to be processed. In succession the bottles arrive at the dosing station with volumetric pumps where they are filled and then proceed towards the closing station where an undercap is inserted after which they are closed with screw caps. When the filled and closed bottles arrive at the exit they are on the unloading conveyor belt which feeds them directly to the next machine. The bottle filling and capping machine is complete with
– Feeder sorter for under-cap dispensers.
