The CAM brand case packer mod.

smash compact 1/S, overhauled by APRIL FA.R.MA in 2014, is a machine with alternating movements and has the function of stacking cases and inserting them into shipping cartons previously taken from the dedicated warehouse, formed and placed in front of the hopper. SECTOR OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

PECULIARITY:
The machine is composed of three main parts:
– automatic stacker: it provides for the grouping of the products in the former according to the established arrangement.
– Carton forming machine: it provides for the flattening of the carton and its transport towards the insertion hopper of the same to allow the subsequent introduction of the cases or bundles inside the carton itself.
– Closing module – taping machine: closes the edges of the cardboard by applying scotch tape and then transporting it towards the exit.
The working speed depends on the type of product and the feeding possibilities.

Speeds of up to 16 cartons per minute can be reached depending on the arrangement of the products. The format change is generally carried out in approximately 20/30 minutes. Complete with review manuals. Year of construction: 2014
