The Andolina Srl company, established in the manufacturing field, produces profiling machines capable of creating more or less complex profiles and therefore satisfying the customer's requests and needs.
All our profiling machines are made with sturdy, suitably reinforced steel sheets. The entire structure is bolted and electrically welded, presenting good resistance to bending efforts. Our profiling machines are able to work sheet metal with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Thanks to the interchangeability of the rollers, the same machine can create different profiles, which can be closed or open.
The mechanical parts and work surfaces are made with numerically controlled machine tools which give excellent precision in movements and good sealing between the parts. The electrical system is built according to current technical regulations with high quality components to ensure precise control of the processing line.
