Semi-automatic tablet counter in stainless steel, with significantly reduced dimensions and overall dimensions. The MGZeta Mod. F30 counting machine offers an extremely versatile and precise counting method for various types of coated and uncoated tablets, capsules, hard and soft gelatin capsules.

PECULIARITIES:
The F30 machine can be considered as two units: a feeding unit consisting of a hopper, a vibrating chute with a rotating glass disk under its outlet and a counting unit. The hopper contains loose tablets with an adjustable plate at the outlet, the product moves along the chute by vibration and falls onto a rotating glass plate driven by a gear motor. This turntable transports the tablets clockwise, deflecting the products outwards in a single line through guides, mounted close to the glass, until reaching the take-out plate arrangement at the front of the machine. The tablets then fall past a flap mechanism which flips over after a pre-selected count has been reached directing the tablets into another container. This configuration allows the filling of separate containers. Two exit funnels are mounted in the final exit position which convey the product into the containers. The standard counter will very accurately count any number of tablets.
