The UDA150-S is a very compact stand-alone coding system. It is suitable for folding boxes, labels, cut sheets and all kinds of material blanks. The UDA was designed for integration with a wide variety of printing systems, thus offering high flexibility. The application range covers variable data, sequential numbering as well as price and content information. Barcodes and logos are also easily printable. Additionally, UDA is ideal for addressing and personalization as well as printing in commercial applications. The UDA is easy to manage, maximum reliability and the cost-effectiveness ratio is very interesting. Furthermore, due to its compactness, the system can be positioned almost anywhere.

FEATURE:
Material spaces are transferred from one stack to another and controlled by an adjustable light barrier, thus allowing precisely positioned prints. The highly reliable separation device, which was developed by Metronic itself, allows charging even during the printing process. Depending on the print image and the size of the printed material, the UDA runs at speeds of up to 180 touches per minute. The maximum print area is 50 x 80 mm.
