TYPE OF MACHINE:
The ALLPRINT laser system is composed of the power supply unit and the marking unit.
The power supply unit is controlled via the control panel, alternatively
the control is carried out via the Smart Navigator or the Smart Job software on the PC. A writing head is mounted on the marking unit.

SECTOR OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, manufacturing, medical devices.

PECULIARITIES:
The continuous or pulsed CO2 laser produces an invisible, infrared laser beam
with a limited beam diameter.
To ensure that the laser beam can be better focused, it is first broadened
with the help of a telescope.
The enlarged laser beam reaches the writing head where it hits two moving mirrors.
These send it back so that it runs along the lines of the selected model. The line sections are divided into individual vectors (X and Y coordinates). Thanks to this alignment of the vectors, the marking is created on the surface of the product. The laser beam moves »writing« on the surface of the product.
The Advanced Controller Card (ACC) in the power supply unit carries out the vector calculation and control of the laser.
Before the reflected laser beam hits the surface of the product, it is focused by the theta-F lens. Marking generally takes place at the focal point of the laser beam.
