EGIL 36 - Automatic bridge sawing machine for discs up to 625 mm in diameter with head tiltable from 0° to 90° and adjustable from 0° to 180°, complete with disc speed variator, fixed table in galvanized steel with wooden top, laser, designed for standard voltage/frequency of 400/50 Volt/Hz and intuitive program in the configuration of
base for inclined cuts up to 90° to replace the standard manual one, with automatic locking, precision reducer, brushless motor and relative drive, Tool Point control which interpolates the R and W axes to keep the contact point fixed between disk and material, adjusting the position on the other axes in real time.

CARTER for discs up to 725 mm in diameter, with sound-absorbing coating, replacing the standard 625 one (the working stroke is reduced by 100 mm)
NON-ROTATING TABLE (maximum capacity 3500 Kg) and TILTING from 0° to 85° ( maximum tipping capacity 1500 Kg) to facilitate loading slabs with crane on the bench, with hydraulic control unit drive, structure with hot-dip galvanized steel legs and 1.8 x 3.5 m wooden platform - replacing the standard fixed table
SCRATCH FLANGE KIT for the use of the horizontal disc even flush with a surface with special casing and water fork for horizontal disc up to 500 mm in diameter
