This Medium-Low Voltage electrical substation, built by Schneider Electric, is an excellent choice for those looking for a robust and functional system. It features a monobloc structure in vibrated reinforced concrete (CAV) with external dimensions of 4.50 m in length, 2.50 m in width and 2.55 m in height, built to withstand intense loads and difficult environmental conditions. Internally, it offers a compact and well-organized layout to accommodate the 20,000/400 V medium voltage (MV) panel, and the tank compartment measuring 4.50 x 2.50 x 0.80 meters allows the containment of transformers and other components, avoiding dispersion of liquids and facilitating wiring
The interior of the cabin is equipped with smooth walls and natural ventilation grills, as well as double-leaf fiberglass doors, compliant with ENEL regulations, to guarantee easy access and good ventilation of the components. The cover, which is easily removable, is built to withstand accidental overloads of up to 400 kg/m², while the floor is sized to support permanent loads of 500 kg/m² and furniture loads of up to 3000 kg
As regards safety, the Schneider Electric cabin complies with the CEI EN 61330 standard, protecting the equipment from atmospheric overvoltages with a structure that acts as a "Faraday cage". It is ideal for industrial environments or areas subject to difficult weather conditions, thanks to its waterproof and weather-resistant external coatings.
With regular maintenance, such as checking connections and ventilation, this cab offers long life and high performance, making it a safe and convenient choice even when used.
