Intended use
The hydraulic shear is intended for shearing work on mild steel sheets and stainless steel and
non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and brass.
The limits of use are indicated on the technical data sheet.
Structure
The structure is monolithic;
it is built with quality sheet metal capable of withstanding the load to which it is subjected without risk.
Given its shape, the shear does not present any risk due to its stability.
Blade holder crosspiece
The blade holder crosspiece is perfectly aligned with the thrust of the cylinders.
This ensures excellent quality and precision when cutting sheet metal.
Rear references with fixed application to the shear frame.

The rear references are applied directly to the structure of the shears.
They are therefore not subject to continuous stress or vibrations as only the blade-holder crosspiece descends during the cutting phase.
A special mechanical device allows the stops to move progressively apart during
cutting to let the sheet metal fall freely.
Cutting wire lighting
Allows you to cut easily on traced sheets, even when performing repeat cutting:
Sheet presser.
They have automatic pressure regulation proportional to the shear stress up to a
pre-established maximum point. They allow small sheet metal cuts.
