COMPAIR GARDNER DENVER L30 30KW 40HP/CV 8BAR screw compressor used, overhauled and serviced.

The compressor was overhauled at zero hours in our workshop.

In fact, during the overhaul the following were replaced:
- screw unit bearings;
- screw group oil seal kit;
- engine bearings.

The following have been overhauled with the respective kits:
- intake valve;
- minimum valve;
- thermostatic valve.

All the pipes were replaced, both air pipes and oil pipes, the belts were replaced and finally the complete service was carried out with the replacement of all the filters and pre-filters.
We have also replaced the old control unit with a new generation one, more performing, functional and intuitive.
