TYPE OF MACHINE:

The Vacuum Pump RV series includes rotary vane vacuum pumps, in this case the sucked volume capacity is equal to 7 cubic meters per hour.

SECTOR OF USE:

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, dietary, medical devices.

PECULIARITY:

The lubrication is by depression with oil recirculation and is adjustable via an oiler placed at the suction.
The rotor is keyed onto the motor shaft and is supported by independent bearings, housed in the two closing flanges of the pump.
The pump cooling is of the superficial type; the heat is dispersed from the external surface, specially finned, by a radial fan placed between the motor and the pump. An oil recovery tank is installed on the pump discharge, containing a separating filter which prevents the formation of oil mists and, at the same time, reduces noise. On the suction it is always recommended to install a check valve and a filter suitable for retaining any impurities sucked in.
