TYPE OF MACHINE:
BLISTER UNLOADER BOB PS1 is a continuous machine with automatic operation and mechanical movements specific for loading and unloading blisters.
The system works according to two operating modes: BOB MODE (Blister Out Box): in this mode the machine works coupled only to thecartoning machine installed downstream and unloads blisters from the cartons onto thecartoning machine's feeding belt.
BIB MODE (Blister In Box): in this mode the machine works coupled both to the printer installed upstream and to the recuperator installed downstream.

PECULIARITY:
The BOB PS1 machine has the possibility of selecting different work cycles which are:
BOB: the machine takes the blisters from the cartons and unloads them onto the feeding belt of the recuperator.
MANUAL BIB: the machine works in BIB mode, but the unloading of the accumulated cartons (similar to BOB) is decided manually by the operator.
AUTOMATIC BIB: the machine accumulates blisters automatically and automatically reloads them when the packager is active and the printer is stopped due to problems.
BY-PASS: in this mode only the ribbon works, which becomes just a passage for the blisters going from the printer to the packager.
The machine is equipped with:

The machine worked with the following blister formats: - for orodispersible tablets, in Aclar dim.
