We can find carton conveyors with motorized rollers at the machine input and spacers installed between the row preparation rollers and pneumatically controlled and create spaces between the boxes.

This happens when required by the plan configuration. How it works:

An electro-pneumatic rotation device orients the cartons by 90°, when required by the palletising configuration.

Palletizer used with electromechanical control for the transfer of product rows and for the movement of the table in the palletizing head.

The intermediate table to hold the rows of cartons before they are pushed into the gripping head.

The palletizing head with electromechanically controlled lateral compaction guides and electromechanically controlled lower platform, with opening in two directions.

This system allows you to position the product on the external perimeter, leaving empty spaces inside the surface when necessary. Double column main structure on solid base with height-adjustable supports.

Inside the column there are counterweights for balancing. The motorized roller pallet conveyors inside the machine do not have an interlayer magazine, so it is used to divide the different lines of the cardboard layout and can therefore be added if necessary. The Mondo&scaglione "touch-screen" display is used to control the machine's functions, format changes and display any anomalies.

Machine equipped with an electrical system, electrical panel with low voltage controls, safety devices and accident prevention devices.

Machine managed by Siemens S7 series PLC.

In case of additional equipment, the organization of the PLC and the electrical panel system is increased to receive this signal for synchronization.

Disassembled and in perfect working order, light maintenance is recommended before starting to work.
