TYPE OF MACHINERY:
Blister packs are commonly used as single-dose packaging for pharmaceutical tablets, capsules or lozenges.

Blisters are able to provide barrier protection. The blisters are created by means of a form-fill-seal process at the pharmaceutical company or packager. This process means that the blister is created from rolls of flat sheet metal or film is filled with the pharmaceutical product and subsequently closed (sealed) on the same equipment. Partena SpA has many years of experience in blister packaging mainly in the pharmaceutical sector. SECTOR OF USE:

PECULIARITY:
Designed and built in perfect harmony with the most demanding needs, it offers users a solution to all packaging problems (maximum production yield, minimum consumption of packaging material, wide range of packaging materials including polypropylene, aluminium), environment (minimum noise, fume extraction, simplified lubrication system with absence of vapours), management (extreme rationality in commands and controls, maximum simplicity in format changes, reduced scheduled maintenance, predisposition for any type of connection) .
Main workstations: pre-heating, forming, loading, closing and blanking station.

The machine is operated pneumatically, the work cycle is obtained by means of a programmer activated by two motors for choosing the two speeds of the packaging machine. All stations are easy to access and all movements are fully visible so the line is very simple to clean. The machine is complete with all safety devices designed to protect the operator during the work phases. Current format: blister with 10 slots for 1 ml vials, 2 ml vials and cartridges.
