HV 2 (COD. AST-79) TYPE OF MACHINERY:
High-speed, continuous-movement horizontal recuperator machine suitable for packaging products in closed interlocking cartons with even flaps.

Devices for checking the presence of the material in the drawer, checking the presence of the product, the case and the product in the package, electrical safety on the product pusher, plexiglass protections with safety devices, emergency buttons in positions of maximum accessibility, control panel with stop display. For the packaging in cases of products such as: blisters, strips, bins, tubes (rigid or crushable), bottles, envelopes, soaps and other food or cosmetic products.

Once the products to be boxed are transported to the introduction pusher, they are detected by a sensor which controls the withdrawal of the relevant case from the warehouse. In this way the product and case advance in perfect synchronism up to the filling station, both controlled by two sensors. Particular attention was given to cleaning the machine under the cardboard transport sector, where possible product or packaging material residues are collected in an easily accessible collection area. Complete with leaflet inserter, Nordson hotmelt unit, Wolke code printing unit. Year: 2006
