The Krones used PET bottling line is capable of producing 0.50 L bottles in the format of 24 bottles with transparent film.

This is the 3×2 multipack, which means it allows you to have 4 packs of 6 bottles each.

The final package is produced by the last shrink wrapper used.

Krones Still Water PET List of equipment with some descriptions:
The blow molding machine is a primary Krones brand, it is a Kontiform S rotary machine from 2008 with 10 cavities;

A closed-circuit chiller is connected to cool the molds.

The filling triblock of the used Krones PET bottling line is Sacmi equipment.

This used filling monoblock can handle both natural and carbonated water.

The machine of the Used Bottling Line is a model with a neck grip to avoid crushing the preform;

It comes with its automatic cap loader and complete equipment for the 0.50 L format. The labeller is always a Krones kotroll type 745 for wrapping bottles full of plastic labels.

Used bottling, Pallet system section:
In the Used Bottling Line there are two shrink wrappers to create the multipack structure with 3×2 x4 bundles.

The first package of Krones Still Water PET is with printed film and the second is with neutral film.

After arriving at the ACMI automatic palletizer which proceeds to package the bundles.

The pallet is divided into various rows with the application of the cardboard interlayer coming from the automatic warehouse.

ACMI Pallet also has an empty pallet warehouse to park up to two finished pallets.

These are waiting to be picked up in addition to what is simultaneously under the pallet wrapper.
