In particular, the SM80 machine has the function of stacking parallelepiped-shaped products and inserting the bundles thus obtained into shipping cartons previously formed and introduced into hoppers. SECTOR OF USE:

PECULIARITY:
Semi-automatic monobloc capable of automatically and in a continuous cycle, which can be combined with all packaging lines, the grouping of products into boxes, their introduction into shipping cartons previously taken from the warehouse, formed and positioned at the entrance open in in such a way as to allow the mobile hopper and the pusher to carry out the filling, once completed, two lateral transport groups, which serve to maintain the correct squaring of the cardboard, convey it towards the exit.

The machine stacks products in a parallelepiped shape and inserts the bundles thus obtained into previously formed shipping cartons. Built with a modular load-bearing structure system, it has an alternating operation. This system allows the machine to work while minimizing inconveniences and waste. The machine is composed of three main parts: Automatic stacker which provides for the grouping of the products in the former according to the established arrangement.
The stacking section is composed of a base, a product feeding belt and a forming unit. Carton former which provides for the flattening of the cardboard and its insertion into the former to allow the subsequent insertion of the bundle.
The forming section consists of a base, the magazine and the control panel. Cardboard closing module, which closes the lower and upper flaps with tape.
