Used filling monoblock for oil with rinser, filler, capper brand OCIM 10-20-4 aluminum cap.
Processed formats and speed: speed 3,500 on 1 liter and for different bottle formats to be made EX novo.
This oil filling machine can work with both round and square bottle sizes from 250ml to 1000ml;
all formats to be built new if requested. Including format for one liter round bottle, accumulation inlet tank for feeding the product.

Technical description:

The oil filling machines of this series are built in various versions with cylinders of different capacities.
These can range from 1000cc.
up to 5000cc. Depending on the production required, they are equipped with more or fewer valves and this is based on:
Composition, density of the product and type of filling required.
These filling monoblocks used are particularly suitable for fluid or semi-dense food and non-food products such as: edible oils, minerals, etc.

and different technologies can meet these needs. In this monobloc filling system it is also possible to modify other types of caps;

it is enough to provide a new set of equipment for the new cap with different measurements.

Both the top and bottom are easy to access and therefore maintenance is not a problem.
It is always good to check the greasing level of the various mechanical elements;
this is to avoid rust or friction which then leads to unexpected breakages. The spare parts for the used monobloc are easily available and therefore no difficulty in purchasing.

To transport it you can use a normal truck within three meters of width with a folding tarpaulin.
