Water filling monoblock: Main features
– The ENOBERG water filling monoblock stands out for its compact frame;

which allows management operations to be significantly simplified; cleaning and maintenance and guarantees significant space savings in the bottling line. – Filling module equipped with electronic counters to ensure excellent precision.

– The machine's work space is entirely made of stainless steel and glass, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

– All piping systems can be disinfected, suitable for use in food.

– The optimal arrangement of the carousels inside the frame allows for the reduction of blind spots;

with the consequent great advantage in terms of productivity. – Neck Handling system for transporting bottles inside the machine.

– Transmission with toothed wheels.

Rinsing module:
– Rotary rinser with a single treatment and fixed nozzles for internal cleaning of the bottles.

– Mechanical pliers for handling the bottle neck.

– Neck management system for one format.

– Bottles that tip over due to twisting.

– Manifold for distributing the rinsing liquid and blowing air to the nozzles.

– “No bottle-no spray” system as standard.

– Filling valves, central manifold and distribution pipe made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Sealing rubbers
